Chef Pino has invited back Sommeliers Josh and August to bring some heavy hitting red wines from the absolute elite winemakers best private vineyard locations in California.  this event will pair six California limited production CA red wines a with a 4-course tasting menu crafted by Chef Anthony Pino.

$120pp plus tax (includes gratuity)

1st Course Roasted Wild Mushroom & Creamy Polenta soft duck egg, chevre, crispy shallots

2nd Course House made Ricotta Gnocchi brown butter, sage & cacio

3rd Course Pan Roasted Duck Breast spaghetti squash pie, English peas, pancetta, herb demi
